What You’ll Do

• Support the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Assist with daily classroom activities and learning experiences
• Encourage children’s social, emotional, and academic development
• Help maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• Assist with classroom documentation and daily routines

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Preschool Child Development Associate (CDA) required
• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for early childhood education and child development
