Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging learning experiences aligned with the preschool curriculum.
• Support children's holistic development, learning, and well-being.
• Observe and document children's progress.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and families.
• Work closely with colleagues to support centre programmes and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations and centre policies.

Requirements

• ECDA-certified L2 Preschool Educator.
• ECDA-recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) or equivalent.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive and nurturing attitude.
• Relevant preschool experience is an advantage.
