Job Summary

You will create a secure, healthy learning environment supporting holistic child development by implementing MindChamps English curriculum and building trusting, respectful relationships with children.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Principal and Classroom Chinese teacher to deliver the prescribed curriculum effectively
• Plan and direct daily lessons, evaluating children’s responses to improve learning outcomes
• Design and set up learning corners and classroom decorations aligned with curriculum themes
• Prepare lesson plans on time and ensure all class activities meet curriculum standards
• Observe and document each child’s developmental progress periodically
• Maintain children’s well-being by ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
• Communicate with parents by organizing and conducting Parent-Teacher Conferences, Open House events, and sharing sessions to strengthen parent-centre partnerships
• Collaborate harmoniously with colleagues and the Principal on project-based assignments
• Contribute expertise to seminars or workshops for professional development
• Perform other childcare-related duties as required within the centre
