Preschool Food Service Assistant [EL]

• Prepare and cook meals for preschool children and staff.

• Follow the daily menu and cater to specified dietary requirements.

• Ensure meals are nutritious, hygienically prepared and served on time.

• Maintain proper food storage and monitor kitchen supplies.

• Keep the kitchen, cooking equipment and utensils clean and organised.

• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

• Assist with daily kitchen operations and other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Experience in cooking or food preparation is an advantage.

• Knowledge of basic food hygiene and kitchen safety.

• Able to prepare meals according to menus and dietary requirements.

• Responsible, organised and able to maintain a clean kitchen environment.
