Preschool Principal

MindChamps Performing Arts Preschool @ Loyang is seeking a qualified and experienced Preschool Principal to lead the centre’s operations, oversee educational quality and support the professional development of our teaching team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations, staff deployment and administrative processes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to educators to ensure effective curriculum implementation and quality teaching practices.
• Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations, licensing requirements and organisational policies.
• Maintain high standards of child safety, well-being, hygiene and care.
• Manage CMS-related submissions, centre records and regulatory documentation.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and address enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate school tours, enrolment activities and centre events.
• Support staff recruitment, onboarding, performance management and professional development.

Requirements

• Possess ECDA-recognised early childhood education and leadership qualifications and meet the requirements for appointment as a Preschool Principal.
• Previous leadership or centre management experience in a Singapore preschool is preferred.
• Sound knowledge of ECDA regulations, preschool operations and administrative requirements.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A responsible and professional approach, with a strong commitment to children’s development, educational quality and teamwork.
