What You Will Do

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where every child feels welcome.

• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and learning.

• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development.

• Build positive relationships with families through regular, open communication.

• Collaborate with staff and specialists to meet each child’s learning needs.

• Maintain an organized classroom and accurate daily records.

What You Will Bring

• An Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree and Birth-Kindergarten License are preferred.

• Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

• A commitment to early childhood education and child development.
