Playgroup - Nursery Main Class Teacher

Job Summary

Deliver engaging lessons using the MI (Multiple Intelligences) curriculum to support children's learning and development. Monitor progress, manage classrooms, and maintain strong communication with parents to foster a safe, nurturing, and effective learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons aligned with the MI curriculum and quality programs to enhance children's learning outcomes
• Monitor and assess children's progress to facilitate individualized learning support
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to build trust and support children's development
• Manage classroom environments to ensure a safe, orderly, and conducive space for learning
• Lead key projects and coordinate centre events to enrich the educational experience
• Set up and maintain classroom learning corners that align with monthly curriculum themes to stimulate engagement
• Ensure the safety and hygiene standards of children and the centre are consistently upheld

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess at least one of the following certifications: CPT, ACEY, or L1
• At least 2 years of experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in Early Childhood Education within an international environment is advantageous
• Passion for working with children and enthusiasm for teaching
