Presentation Specialist

Summary

Creates visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and infographics for WSP’s bids, marketing, and communications teams, adhering to brand guidelines and delivering under tight deadlines.

The position will be responsible for collaborating within the team to produce and revise eye-catching high-level presentations under tight timeframes. The candidate is expected to understand all aspects of complex content through visual storytelling and impactful design that exemplifies the WSP's brand.

  • Produce strategic narratives in PowerPoint that convey a diversity of methodical needs through visual design

  • Produces, re-creates, edits, formats, and layouts business presentations and documents according to the requirements

  • Convey clean, contemporary, and visually appealing presentations that preserve WSP's branding guidelines (appropriate use of logos, color, composition, and perspective)

  • Create compelling infographics, and visualise data presentation in a way that an audience can easily absorb

  • Work under guidance from clients and senior design leadership to provide quality presentations

  • Collaborate professionally and respectfully on design tasks with WSP's Bids, Marketing, Communications, and Design teams

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or equivalent (preferably)
  • 2-5 years of experience in graphic or presentation design role

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Highly analytical yet flexible in communication methods to both extract meaningful information from communicating to partners and stakeholders

  • Highly skilled in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations

  • Experience in professional services is preferable
