Preservation Supervisor

We are currently based at Metropolis, Buona Vista, Singapore.

Preservation planning and preparation: - Review Supplier / OEM preservation procedure for compliance & provide comments in case of incomplete information as required - Prepare Project preservation procedures (e.g. Preservation management plan, PWL portfolio, Preservation specification) including Client requirement if any - Review Yard Preservation Procedures / Documents and ensure that Company requirements are complied. - Ensure that Company / Supplier / OEM / Client preservation requirements are included as part of Preservation program. - Identify & Procure necessary tools, test equipment, consumables and preservatives as per the execution site PWL requirement. - Ensure adequate manpower is planned for the liquidation of PWL as per the plan. - Support to Issue and maintain PWLs of preservation activities - Ensure the Executing yards identify the required Manpower, necessary tools, test Equipments, cosumables and preservatives as per the requirement - Ensure that Each Project Execution site maintains Sufficient Inventory and manpower support for Preservation program execution as per Schedule. Preservation Execution: - Perform Receiving inspection of equipment at execution yards to ensure compliance. Report & follow up on any deviations. - Review Supplier documentation of Preservations activities performed at supplier premise & report non compliance if any. - Ensure Preservation of equipment at storage, after installation at FPSO location. - Ensure preservation activities of equipment like Motor, Heat Exchangers, Compressors Generators, Electrical Panels, Various instruments and piping etc . - Ensure PWL are completed post preservation activities and no backlog - Ensure that Each Project Execution site maintains Sufficient Inventory and manpower support for Preservation program execution as per Schedule. - Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports - Ensure Preservation surveillance program implementation on site as per plan and remedial actions taken in case of non-compliance - Ensure Preservation Awareness campaign is carried out on site - Supervise and guide yard personnel on execution of preservation activities. - Ensure necessary Safe System of Work (e.g. Permit to Work, Toolbox talk etc.) process is followed. - Ensure control use, storage and safe disposal of preservation chemicals and materials - Ensure that PM routine is performed & documented as per the livening up status of the Equipment / system - Perform risk Assessment for hazards involved with Preservation activities / Chemicals. - Participate in audits of procedures, safety practices and documentation/records with reference to corporate standard procedures to ensure compliance and, identify gaps and training enhancement requirements of team members. Preservation Coordination: - Report any concerns with Site / management in case any repeated non compliance regarding Preservation. - Coordinate with Site / Supplier / Package Engineer in case of any Preservation non compliance by Supplier while receipt at site - Provide training and share lessons learned to the preservation workforce. - Ensure to coordinate with commissioning team / Pre-ops team for any PM routine to be performed as per the running / Handover status of the Equipment / System - Ensure to provide Lessons learnt / Improvement Opportunities based on the project experience - Ensure to incorporate Best practices / improvement opportunities as received from past project experience - Ensure to coordinate with Construction / Commissioning / Operations team to manage SIMOPS for while execution of PWL / PM routines. Preservation Cost Management: Ensure that no Cost is incurred due to lack of Preservation post receipt of equipment / material on site. Relationship responsibilities: - Reporting shall be as per Corporate / Project Organistion chart - Develop relationships with client technical or service personnel. - Maintain good relationship with team members and motivate as required. - Willingness to work and train others in a team environment, assisting other multi-cultural and interdepartmental team members. HSEQ and Code of Conduct compliance: -Complies with the relevant clauses of MODEC HSEQ Code of Conduct as described in the HSEQ Policies, 14 HSEQ Standards, and HSEQ Procedures to protect people and the environment at all times.
