Good Health Medical Technology Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced President to lead business growth, drive expansion, oversee operations, and foster a collaborative culture that drives financial and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company’s overall development to ensure seamless operations and achievement of established goals
- Make strategic and financial decisions to guide the company’s growth trajectory
- Raise funds to support company expansion initiatives
- Establish, monitor, and control budgets, resources, and operational procedures
- Inspire and cultivate a positive company culture through effective leadership
- Analyze complex business challenges and develop solutions to ensure company survival and growth
Required competencies and certifications
- Demonstrated expertise with over 20 years in investment, business establishment, and management of ventures
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic
- Expert knowledge of finance and business management principles
- Familiarity with TCM regulatory compliance and industry best practices
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and decisions
- Proven collaboration skills to build positive working relationships
- Ability to perform under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives
- Project management skills to oversee initiatives and deliver results
