Press Production Engineer

We want you to:

• Manage daily base line operations to meet production targets
• Optimize production processes, reduce scrap rates & improve overall equipment effetiveness
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, welding departments
• Contribute & improve 5S, safety, environment, & energy management system
• Production & manpower planning of line
• Management of material warehouse & expense budget
• Contribute asset management
• Prepare weekly & monthly production report & KPI analyses

You will also need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2-5 years experience in production, preferably automotive industry
• Proficiency at Microsoft Office
• Excellent command of written & spoken English
• Strong communication skills
• Analytic thinking, self-motivated, self started & proactive
• Experienced at lean manufacturing, problem solving tools
• SAP & Catia knowledge is plus
