Performs nightly pressure washing of sidewalks, parking areas, and fuel canopies at two RaceTrac stores, using hot-water equipment and degreasers while ensuring safety and equipment upkeep.

Job Description:
The Pressure Washing Technician is responsible for the maintenance and appearance 25 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region. This individual is responsible for pressure washing the high traffic areas of two locations per night and conducting Ad hoc washes as time allows. The Pressure Washing Technician is also responsible for reporting any outdoor lighting maintenance or repairs needed via Service Channel.
The home store for this position is based at 840 W Exchange Pkwy, Allen, TX 75013
What You'll Do:
- Completely pressure wash the sidewalk and front parking places of two store locations per night
- Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing
- Operate and maintain company provided hot water pressure washer
- Wash the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM
- Wash other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM
- Responsible for the protection of fuel dispensers, customer’s vehicles, and customer safety as related to the washing activities
- Responsible for maintaining stock and installing normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock of pretreatment chemicals
What We're Looking For:
- 4pm to 12am OR 8pm to 4am
- Sunday - Thursday
- Good driving record
- 2+ years work experience preferred
- Basic understanding of small engine and pump maintenance

Responsibilities:
- Completely pressure washes the sidewalk, front parking places, fuel dispenser area and dumpster area of two store locations per night
- Treats stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing
- Operates and maintains company provided pressure washer
- Washes other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM
- Responsible for the protection of fuel dispensers, customer’s vehicles, and customer safety as related to the washing activities
- Responsible for maintaining stock and installing normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock of pretreatment chemicals
- Acts as the backup for the PMT position in their absence
- Follow all RaceTrac Safety policies and guidelines
- Ability to lift 50Ibs or more on a regular basis
Physical Expectations: (refers to the specific demands a job places on an employee's body, such as lifting requirements, prolonged standing or walking, and manual dexterity)
- Lifting/Carrying: Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 75-100 pounds.
- Push/Pull: Ability to push/pull with up to 100 pounds of force occasionally.
