Roger’s Gardens is seeking organized, reliable, and detail-oriented team members to join our Warehouse team as Seasonal Christmas Pricers. This is a full-time seasonal position supporting one of the most exciting and important times of the year as we prepare our award-winning Christmas merchandise collections for the holiday season.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Seasonal Employment Dates: July 1 – September 30 (or longer, if needed)
• Pay Rate: $17–$18 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Carefully price Christmas merchandise in an organized, accurate, and efficient manner
• Maintain a high level of productivity and output while ensuring attention to detail
• Organize merchandise and pricing areas to maintain workflow efficiency
• Verify pricing accuracy and product information
• Handle holiday décor and merchandise with care to prevent damage
• Support warehouse organization and seasonal preparation projects as needed
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams to meet daily goals

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed
• Previous warehouse, retail, or pricing experience is a plus, but not required
