    • Clearly communicate pricing assumptions and recommendations to the Sales team.

    Renewals and Portfolio Management

    • Prepare renewal quotations based on claims experience, demographics, benefit utilisation and other relevant factors.
    • Recommend appropriate pricing and/or benefit adjustments to support portfolio profitability and sustainability.
    • Prepare supporting analysis and reports for Sales teams and internal stakeholders.
    • Track final renewal rates and material benefit changes.

    Insurer Discussions and Negotiations

    • Prepare and submit pricing recommendations to insurance partners for new business and renewals.
    • Respond to technical questions and support negotiations on pricing and terms.
    • Negotiate and recommend pricing actions to external stakeholders such as insurers and reinsurers.

    Claims Analysis and Reporting

    • Prepare and analyse claims reports for corporate clients, identifying key trends, utilisation patterns and cost drivers.
    • Work with the Sales team to identify potential pricing or benefit solutions that balance client needs, affordability and portfolio sustainability.
    • Participate in discussions with Sales teams, brokers and clients to explain claims experience and renewal recommendations.

    Skills and Competencies

    • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with good attention to detail.
    • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
    • Ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate analysis into practical recommendations.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
    • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple quotations and deadlines.
    • Curious, proactive and willing to learn, with a good command of English.

    Experience and Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Insurance, Data Analytics or another quantitative field.
    • Ideally 1–3 years of experience in insurance, pricing, underwriting, actuarial work or data analysis; strong fresh graduates with a relevant quantitative background may also be considered.
