Pricing Analyst at Sage Freight who prepares contract pricing and pricing submissions for assigned customers, handles email follow-ups and monthly billing/profitability reconciliations, and reports on bids. Core tooling is Excel with heavy attention to detail when processing large volumes of operational data.
This role demands precision, collaboration, and the ability to work with complex operational data. The position entails completing initial contract pricing as well as managing schedule changes for assigned Customer(s). Analytical skills, excellent communication skills (oral and written) and organizational skills are basic job requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Analysis on pricing for assigned customer.
- Pricing submission based on customers process
- Email management and follow up with customer contacts
- Collaboration with operations team regarding pricing
- Monthly profitability/billing reconciliation
- Reporting and analysis on bids received, process outline, company information, etc
Education: Bachelors or equivalent
Required Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal coordinator and direction communication with assigned Customer(s). Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reconciliations tasks. Ability to manage and process large amounts of data accurately and efficiently.
