As we continue to strengthen our commercial capabilities, we are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Pricing Strategy & Analytics team.

About the Role

As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting pricing decisions across our product portfolio through data-driven analysis and commercial insights. You will work closely with Product Management, Commercial teams, and other stakeholders to monitor pricing performance, identify opportunities, and ensure the successful execution of pricing strategies.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who enjoys working with data, solving business challenges, and influencing commercial decisions through meaningful insights.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct pricing analysis to support commercial and strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for optimization and margin improvement.
  • Support Product Management teams with market, customer, and profitability insights.
  • Prepare pricing reports, dashboards, and recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Maintain and enhance pricing tools, templates, and reporting frameworks.
  • Assist in the implementation of pricing adjustments driven by market conditions, cost changes, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate pricing execution across systems and processes.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
  • Support pricing projects, process improvements, and digitalization initiatives within the Pricing function.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in pricing, business analysis, commercial analytics, finance, revenue management, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI, data visualization tools, automation, or AI-enabled analytics tools will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
