Pricing Trainee (12 months) (m/f)

Mission:

We are looking for a Pricing Trainee to join our team and support market analysis, price monitoring, and pricing optimization projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a strategic role with exposure to the Retail, Cash & Carry, and Food Service Distribution (FSD) channels.

Responsabilities:

• Collect and analyze pricing information from online platforms and physical stores across the FSD and Cash & Carry channels.
• Create and maintain product correlation databases to benchmark products against competitors.
• Prepare and distribute shopping files to internal stakeholders and pricing tools.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and regular updating of market pricing data.
• Support the development of synergies and data connections between Retail and Cash & Carry channels.
• Analyze pricing and market trends across the Retail and FSD sectors.
• Identify commercial opportunities through data-driven insights.
• Contribute to projects involving the use of Artificial Intelligence for price collection, analysis, and market intelligence.

• Bachelor's degree completed in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Good to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Critical thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in pricing, market analysis, business intelligence, and AI-driven solutions.
