Responsibilities

· Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the Singapore MOE syllabus.

· Assess students' learning needs and customise lesson plans to maximise learning outcomes.

· Teach mathematical concepts, problem-solving strategies and logical reasoning.

· Mark assignments, monitor student progress, and provide timely, constructive feedback.

· Prepare students for school assessments and examinations.

· Develop students' confidence, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

· Create a positive, engaging, and disciplined learning environment.

· Communicate professionally with parents regarding students' academic progress.

· Develop teaching resources, lesson materials, and classroom activities.

· Uphold ATOP Academy's teaching standards, values, and commitment to academic excellence.

Requirements

· GCE O-Level, GCE A-Level, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.

· Familiarity with the Singapore MOE Mathematics syllabus and assessment requirements.

· Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

· Responsible, patient, enthusiastic, and committed to student success.

· Prior teaching or tutoring experience is an advantage but not required.
