Primary Teacher/ Mother Teacher for Grade 1/2 /prt Teacher (Bengaluru) Company: Sofia Public School Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 1 - 3 years Primary teacher/ Mother teacher for Grade 1/2 /PRT teacher : Location : Sofia Public School, Thanisandra, Bangalore Key Responsibilities : Teach Grade I students using child-centric and activity-based learning methodologies. Plan and deliver lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020 guidelines. Foster foundational literacy, numeracy, and holistic development. Monitor student progress, maintain records, and conduct assessments. Serve as the class teacher, ensuring student well-being, discipline, and safety. Maintain regular communication with parents and conduct PTMs. Participate in school events, training programs, and co-curricular activities. Qualifications : Graduate with B.Ed./D.El.Ed. from a recognized institution. CTET/TET qualified (preferred). Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Prior experience in a CBSE primary school preferred. Skills Required : Solid child engagement and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching young learners. Team player with a positive and nurturing attitude. Basic proficiency in educational technology. Experience : 1-3 years preferred (Freshers with relevant qualifications may apply). .
