Job Summary
You will maintain and inspect vehicles and trailers daily, ensure equipment is in good working order, follow safety procedures, and complete delivery documentation accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on vehicles to ensure operational readiness
- Conduct daily inspections of vehicles and assigned trailers before starting work to identify any issues
- Verify that all equipment is in proper working condition to support safe and efficient operations
- Complete assigned tasks related to vehicle and equipment handling as directed by the controller
- Adhere to safe working procedures and comply with site and company regulations to maintain workplace safety
- Report any unsafe activities or conditions observed at the job site promptly to the controller
- Submit completed delivery orders to the controller accurately and within required timelines
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Class 4 or Class 5 driving licence
- Possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience
