🚨 Hiring: Principal AI Architect | Peoria, Illinois | $200K+ Base
We are hiring a Principal AI Architect to lead the architecture of an enterprise AI platform.
📍 Location: Peoria, Illinois — On-site, 5 days/week
💼 Experience: 10+ years
💰 Base: $200K+
✈️ Travel: 50–60% across US customer sites
Work Authorization: Valid US work authorization/visa required
Key Requirements
👉 10+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture
👉 Enterprise-grade AI solutions on AWS / Azure / GCP
👉 Strong expertise in ML, Deep Learning, Computer Vision & LLMs
Hands-on Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face
👉 Strong experience with RAG, LLM integration & Generative AI
👉 Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / Semantic Kernel
👉 Experience architecting Agentic AI / Multi-Agent systems
👉 Strong understanding of MLOps / LLMOps, CI/CD, monitoring & observability
👉 Knowledge of Responsible AI, model risk & regulatory compliance
👉 Experience building secure, scalable AI systems at enterprise scale
🖋️ Good to have: Master's/PhD, industrial/safety-critical experience, patents/publications/open-source contributions.
