Sinch Telco is seeking a Principal Software Engineer with a focus on AI-driven development to accelerate adoption of AI-powered practices across Sinch Telco. You’ll be a hands-on practitioner, leveraging AI agents to design, build and deliver software while shaping how AI is applied in real engineering environments.
You will work with engineers, architects and product managers to define requirements, create reusable agent configurations and workflows, and evaluate new AI tools.
