• First create intellectual property and then publish in prestigious venues to build an intellectual brand for the company.
• Create a thinking culture in the teams so that any idea is evaluated through scholarly debate.
• Establish an ecosystem where innovation and invention are valued and rewarded.
• Effectively manage strategic time while multi‑tasking by organizing and prioritizing.
• Mentor teams both on campus and in virtual/online environments to achieve research productivity targets.

Qualifications

1. Preferably a PhD (minimum MS) in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, AI, Deep Learning, Big Data, or a related field.
2. Minimum three years of experience in research, development, and innovation of complex engineering or science problems.
3. Excellent systems, mathematical, computational, design, creative, and foresight thinking skills.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a track record of prestigious publications.
5. Experience in mentoring research teams to produce prestigious publications or patents.
6. Experience managing teams and mentoring in online/virtual collaborative environments.
7. Strong commitment to quality research culture and professional ethics.
8. Proficient in state‑of‑the‑art knowledge‑management tools.
9. Knowledge of AI and machine learning research, deep learning research, and/or big data research, preferably in intelligent healthcare systems.
10. PhD from a top 100 school (according to The Times New Rankings) would be preferred.
