Principal AI/ML & Data Science Architect

Job Description Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI/ML and Data Science initiatives, including Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP solutions.
• Develop machine learning models for predictive analytics, optimization, and business insights.
• Work on marketing analytics, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, and campaign performance measurement.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and integrate AI/ML models into business applications.
• Use Python, machine learning frameworks, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Lead and mentor the Data Science team and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Marketing Analytics.
• Strong expertise in Python, ML algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP.
• Experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), or marketing measurement.
• Knowledge of AWS/GCP and deploying machine learning models into production.
• Strong technical leadership and team management experience.
