We are looking for a Principal AI Solution Architect to define and drive the technical architecture behind enterprise-scale AI, automation, and low-code solutions.

In this role, you will establish architectural standards, reusable patterns, and technical governance across multiple delivery teams. Working closely with architects, engineers, and technical leaders, you will ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles while supporting AI initiatives throughout the entire delivery lifecycle—from solution design to production.

This is you

• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale architectures for AI, automation, low-code, or intelligent digital solutions

• Strong expertise in integration architecture, including API design, orchestration, and enterprise system connectivity

• Solid understanding of Responsible AI principles and governance frameworks, such as the EU AI Act, Microsoft Responsible AI Standard, or similar

• Experience leading technical teams across multiple workstreams or delivery teams

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agent 365, or similar technologies is highly desirable

• Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud-native solutions, scalability, security, and enterprise integration

• Ability to define architectural standards and technical patterns across multiple parallel initiatives

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain architectural decisions and technical trade-offs to both engineering teams and senior business stakeholders

• Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

This is your role

• Define and maintain technical architecture standards, reference architectures, reusable patterns, and shared components

• Review and approve solution architectures before development begins

• Lead technical design reviews with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Pod Leads, and Data Engineers

• Drive architecture decisions across AI, automation, low-code, and enterprise integration solutions

• Ensure security, data governance, and Responsible AI principles are embedded into every solution

• Support production readiness, release activities, and transition into operational support

• Contribute reusable architectural assets and best practices that can be leveraged across multiple delivery teams

• Promote architectural consistency, scalability, and engineering excellence while reducing duplicated implementation effort

• Collaborate closely with technical and delivery leadership to continuously evolve engineering standards and architecture practices
