Principal Assembly Integration Engineer

1. Develop and optimize CIS/ASIC package design, assembly processes, and manufacturing flow from product concept through mass production.
2. Manage new product introduction (NPI), process qualification, and production readiness to ensure successful product launch.
3. Work with backend OSAT partners to improve manufacturing yield, reliability, and production efficiency.
4. Resolve assembly process and reliability issues, and establish /maintain technical specifications and documentation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product, Quality, Logistics, Product Management, and Sales to support project execution.
