This mandate assumes full ownership over the design, execution, and continuous modernization of enterprise-scale cloud environments and PaaS infrastructure across the APAC region.
This position bridges high-level architectural governance with hands-on technical execution, requiring someone who can lead platform transformation while mentoring top-tier engineering talent.
What You Will Do Platform Ownership:
Drive the architecture and continuous improvement of enterprise cloud services, focusing on modern Azure Cloud and cloud-native ecosystems. DevOps & Automation Strategy:
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation workflows, and operational runbooks to maximize delivery speed and system resilience. Container Orchestration:
Manage and optimize hybrid container ecosystems, leveraging container management platforms and service meshes like Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Security & Identity Governance:
Champion platform-wide security, compliance frameworks tailored for financial institutions, cost optimization, and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) strategies. Technical Leadership:
Inspire, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of Azure Cloud architects and engineers while engaging cross-functional senior stakeholders and external partners.
Core Requirements 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and scaling enterprise cloud platforms, with deep expertise in Azure Cloud environments. Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling, specifically Terraform, alongside script automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Proven production background in managing container orchestration frameworks (such as OCP or AKS). Expert-level knowledge of enterprise CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Demonstrated experience implementing comprehensive observability frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and cloud networking. Specialized technical exposure to CIAM platforms (such as Ping Identity) is highly advantageous. Outstanding stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership capabilities.
