• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong problem-solving with data structures and algorithms; analyze time/space complexity
• Proven ability to document and communicate technical decisions to varied audiences
• Experience leading design or architecture (patterns, reliability, scaling) of multiple systems
• Mentorship and guiding peers to grow professionally
• Ability to work in ambiguity and lead others through uncertain situations
