Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant - MS AXAPTA Finance Functional
In this role, you will be responsible for Implementation of MS Dynamics Finance modules. Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.
Responsibilities
- Analyze As-Is Processes and craft the optimized To-Be Processes
- Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement.
- Detailed documentation including Business Requirements Documents, test plans etc.
- Must be able to exercise discretion and judgment with little to no supervision in carrying out daily tasks.
- Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision.
- Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Good project & time management skills – ability to handle multiple priorities, organize work and meet deadlines.
- Drive requirement gathering, Fit-Gap, Solution Design, Build, CRP, SIT, UAT, Cutover/Go-Live and post-production support for above applications.
- Perform configuration/Application setup
- Work as part of an implementation team on Enterprise ERP Projects
- Present Conference Room Pilot showing D365 fit to the customers organization
- Experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Modules We are looking for someone who have done production in D365 and/or AX2012 before.
- Must have performed at least two full lifecycle implementations of D365 Finance / AX 2012 Finance implementations.
- Hands on experience in the Finance industry with a sound understanding of the value flow within ERP systems.
- Participate in the implementation as a subject matter expert and represent customers business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- BE, BTech, MBA etc. with relevant knowledge and experience in Finance domain
- Experience in MS D365 Finance modules
- Good communication and customer facing skills.
- Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting.
- Ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business processes and requirements.
- Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents.
- Experience of code / fix push to MPOS and CPOS
- Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station
- Good exposure to Finance domains
- Ability to build the necessary test artefacts to test the functionality of the modules deployed
- Prepare User Manuals and Training Plans
- Provide pre go live and post go live end user support.
- Ensures project documents are complete and project is delivered successfully as per the plan.
- Work collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members to ensure successful & timely implementation.
- Actively drive requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation & testing phases of the D365 Finance module suite
- Stay current on product capabilities to implement feature functions on client projects.
- Utilize all company provided & standard tools to deliver project work
