Principal Consultant
- Possess 10+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Warehousing, System Analysis, or Data Engineering, with strong expertise in SQL, Python, ETL/Data Integration, Banking or Financial Services, and hands-on experience in regulatory reporting, risk, finance, or wholesale banking data domains.
- Lead end-to-end data analysis activities by gathering business requirements, performing data profiling, defining source-to-target mappings, and translating business needs into scalable data solutions for enterprise data platforms within the Banking and Financial Services domain.
- Design, develop, and optimize data warehouse, ETL, and data integration solutions using SQL / Python/Teradata , ensuring high-quality, accurate, and reconciled data across multiple source systems.
- Perform data modelling, data architecture, metadata management, data lineage, and governance activities while supporting regulatory reporting, risk analytics, financial reporting, and compliance initiatives.
- Develop complex SQL queries and analytical dashboards to support data validation, reconciliation, business intelligence, operational reporting, and decision-making using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and production support teams throughout the SDLC, preparing functional specifications, conducting impact analysis, supporting SIT/UAT, and ensuring successful implementation of data-driven solutions.
