Principal Data Engineer: Cross-Portfolio Analytics Leader

DFTO in London is seeking a Principal Analytics Engineer to lead data engineering across the Common Data Service portfolio. You will set standards, own the approach, and supervise central analytics engineers while collaborating with TOCs, NR, and RDG to deliver reusable data products for the GB rail ecosystem.

The role combines hands-on delivery with leadership across initiatives, driving DataOps, multi-cloud patterns (AWS/Azure), and scalable data architectures.
