What you'll do

• Manage the deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of company middleware to guarantee high availability.
• Install, configure, monitor, and tune performance for ZooKeeper, etcd, Nacos, and Kafka.
• Oversee daily resource management and operations within AWS and Tencent Cloud environments.
• Partner with R&D teams to facilitate environment setup, configuration management, and production support.
• Develop automation scripts, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Linux or middleware operations.
• Strong proficiency in Linux system administration and network troubleshooting.
• Practical experience managing production environments for ZooKeeper, etcd, Nacos, and Kafka.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including daily cluster management.
• Ability to write Shell scripts and develop automation tools using Go or Python.
• Proven capability in fault diagnosis, issue localization, and cross-team collaboration.
