Role Summary
We are looking for a technically strong Salesforce or Java Developer with solid CRM knowledge and hands-on experience delivering scalable enterprise solutions. The candidate should have strong JavaScript skills, take end-to-end responsibility for assigned work, and be ready to adopt AI-enabled development practices. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain CRM-related applications and integrations. Develop solutions using Salesforce technologies or Java-based frameworks. Build responsive user interfaces and client-side functionality using JavaScript. Analyze business requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions. Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and production issues. Take ownership of deliverables from requirement analysis through deployment and support. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, operations teams, and other developers. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development and security standards. Support system enhancements, defect resolution, performance improvement, and technical documentation. Explore and apply AI-assisted development tools and AI-based capabilities where relevant. Strong development experience in Salesforce or Java. Good understanding of CRM concepts, customer journeys, workflows, and integrations. Deep technical knowledge of application design, APIs, databases, debugging, and system integration. Strong proficiency in JavaScript. Experience with REST or SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently manage tasks and take responsibility for delivery.
