Role Overview:
EHS compliance team is looking for experts who will present practical and strategic alternatives to establish and operate a legal and exemplary safety perspectives and health system.
This team is a group of top experts comprised of talented people who pursue the accomplishment and reward of being EHS experts who actively solve company-wide EHS compliance issues, and who proactively discover problems and remediate it.
What you will do?
- Ability to perform the audit on adequacy of safety management at each Coupang Site based on technical knowledge of safety
- Ability to identify potential risks of each site and able to elaborate through the report to the stakeholders
- Ability to identify various risk factors on each site and provide multifaceted improvement measures
- Ability to handle the issues related to safety with creativity & planning skills and enhance Coupang's level of safety
Essential Qualifications:
- More than 8 years of experience in industrial safety field
- Ability to write Chinese/English documents
- MS Office (Excel, etc.)

運用專業的安全技術知識，針對 Coupang 各營運據點執行安全管理稽核，評估管理制度的適切性與有效性。
辨識各據點潛在風險，並撰寫分析報告向相關利害關係人提出風險評估結果。
發掘各據點多元風險因素，並提供全面且具可行性的改善建議與方案。
以創新思維及規劃能力處理各項安全相關議題，持續提升 Coupang 整體安全管理水準。
必要條件（Essential Qualifications）
具備 8年以上工業安全相關領域工作經驗。
具備中、英文文件撰寫能力。
熟悉 Microsoft Office 軟體（如 Excel 等）。
