Principal Electrical (ICD) Hardware Engineer
Summary
Principal Electrical Hardware Engineer integrating novel Multipulse Therapy (MPT) into commercial implantable defibrillators and cardiac resynchronization devices, while enhancing the external hardware platform used in ongoing clinical trials and generating IP. Day to day: board/system-level circuit design and heart-rhythm data analysis with engineers, scientists, and clinicians.
Looking for Principal Electrical Hardware Engineer to help conceptualize integration of novel Multipulse Therapy ( MPT) into commercially available Implantable Defibrillators & Cardiac Resynchronization devices. Job also entails working with cross-functional team of engineers, scientists & clinicians to review data from ongoing clinical trials to make enhancements to external hardware platform being used in clinical trial. Generate & file IP in this very novel area of technology development. Candidate should have passion for advancing technologies to enhance patient care.
· 8+ yrs. experience working on designing Implantable Defibrillator & Cardiac Resynchronization Devices.
· BS or MS in Electrical Engineering with MS preferred C. Experience in designing Sensing, Detection & Therapy Deliver circuits at board/system level.
· Proficient in analyzing heart rhythms.
