Principal Engineer, Business Analysis

1. Laise with customers, users and related stakeholders to understand their business needs.
2. Analyze business requirements and define system functions.
3. Create user story and describe the input, output and corresponding business processes.
4. Write down business scenarios, contruct workflow diagrams, and prepare UI protypes.
5. Work with UI/UX designer to improve user experience of UI design.
6. Work with development team to ensure the team understands user stories clearly.
7. Work with testers to ensure all business scenarios are tested.
8. Standardized system configurations and prepare user guide and system configuration guide.
9. Present system functions to customers, users and related stakeholders.
10. Analyze the feedbacks from users or customers and prepare system improvements.
11. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
12. Help on technical documentation.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in software development
• Knowledge of cloud computing, SaaS, web application, microservices, and system integration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• Domain knowledge of e-commerce and supply chain is a plus.
