Principal Engineer (NPI)
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for production test process optimization of 800G/1.6T optical modules, driving improvement of test efficiency and product yield.
Lead anomaly analysis and improvement plan formulation during optical module production testing, and track the implementation effect of improvement measures
Responsible for failure analysis of RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) optical module products, output root cause reports and promote issue closure.
Be responsible for other test-related matters, including but not limited to: verification of new test plans, verification of new test environments, assisting PE in handling product-related issues, etc.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, Optoelectronic Information Science and Engineering, Automation or other related majors
- 9+ years of relevant testing experience in optical modules, priority given to those familiar with the testing process of optical communication products, Experience in 800G/1.6T optical module testing is preferred
Experience in optical module production yield improvement and test process optimization projects, able to independently lead the implementation of improvement projects.
Skills
- Small team management/leadership experience is mandatory.
- Experience in well-developed fault isolation, problem solving & analytical skills.
- Experience in methodisation and improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to use English Chinese for Business Communication.
