After thorough consultation with our customers and careful analysis, we develop new IT systems or replace existing systems that support customers’ strategic, operational and financial goals.

You will:
- Consults with external customers and implements new IT solutions and/or replaces existing IT solutions
Develops and offers integrated, end-to-end IT solutions that support the customer’s strategic, operational and financial goals and positions Dell for rapidly growing business
Responsible for translating the client’s business and technical requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large, complex technology solutions and integrating architecture

Essential Requirements
- Experience in solution design, migration, consolidation, modernization, and data center transformation projects.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, hybrid cloud, AI/GenAI infrastructure, and NVIDIA solutions will be an added advantage.
Experience with Dell Data Protection solutions such as Data Domain, PPDM, and NetWorker is preferred.
Capable of leading technical workshops, solution presentations, and architecture discussions with customers.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.
Flexibility to support project activities outside office hours when required.
Relevant Dell, VMware, Red Hat, Kubernetes, Cloud, or Networking certifications will be an advantage.
Desirable Requirements
- 8-10 years of strong experience in enterprise infrastructure solution architecture, deployment, and project delivery.
Strong expertise in designing and implementing Dell Technologies solutions, including PowerMax, PowerStore, PowerScale, Connectrix, PowerEdge, GenAI Infrastructure, ECS, and Dell Networking.
Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware, OpenShift, and enterprise virtualization platforms.
