Summary
As the first Facility Design Principal in Taiwan, you will design and optimize high-efficiency fulfillment centers and distribution networks. You will lead the planning of large-scale facilities, automation systems, and robotics using AutoCAD, Excel, and SQL while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support Coupang's logistics expansion.

此職位為台灣 Facility Design 團隊的首位成員，將作為台灣與區域團隊之間的重要橋樑，負責推動大型物流設施、自動化系統及機器人技術的規劃與導入，支援 Coupang 在台灣持續擴張的物流網絡。
工作內容
• 根據營運需求、作業流程、儲位規劃及產能需求，規劃與設計物流中心整體配置（Facility Layout Design）。
• 蒐集並整合各部門需求，設計及優化物流中心空間配置、作業動線及儲位規劃。
• 運用 AutoCAD 建立、維護及優化物流中心配置圖面。
• 規劃與優化物流自動化系統，包括 Conveyor、Sorter、Robotics 等設備配置。
• 分析現場實際作業情況及歷史數據，提出提升產能、效率及空間利用率的改善方案。
• 與 Operations、Process、EHS、Security 及 Fire Safety 等團隊密切合作，推動並取得設計方案核准（Design Sign-off）。
• 與供應商及內外部合作夥伴協調，確保專案需求被正確執行並如期交付。
• 擔任台灣 Facility Design 團隊代表，快速回應在地及區域 Stakeholders 的設計需求。
• 運用 Excel 及 SQL 進行數據分析，支援物流中心設計決策與產能規劃。
• 領導及推動物流中心設計、自動化導入及流程改善專案，確保專案按時完成。
• 與區域及全球團隊合作，導入最佳實務並建立可規模化的物流設計解決方案。
基本資格條件
• 機械工程、土木工程、工業工程、供應鏈管理、物流管理、營運管理或相關科系學士以上學歷。
• 7 年以上大型物流中心、履約中心（Fulfillment Center）或配送中心相關設施設計經驗。
• 熟悉物流中心配置規劃（Warehouse Layout Design）及儲位設計（Storage Design）。
• 熟悉物流自動化系統規劃，包括 Conveyor、Sorter、Robotics 或相關 MHE 設備。
• 熟練使用 AutoCAD，具備大型設施配置規劃與圖面管理經驗。
• 具備跨部門 Stakeholder Management 經驗，能有效協調多個團隊共同推動專案。
• 具備優秀的專案管理及問題解決能力。
• 熟悉 Excel 數據分析。
• 具備基礎 SQL 查詢能力，能理解查詢邏輯並利用工具進行資料擷取與分析。
• 具備良好的英文口語及書面溝通能力，能與國際團隊及外籍 Stakeholders 順暢合作。
• 能夠在快速變動且高節奏的環境中同時管理多項專案及優先事項。
加分條件
