Job Description:
We are looking for a Principal Financial Analyst to lead high-impact financial modeling and analysis that drives strategic business decisions. This role requires advanced analytical capabilities, strong business acumen, and the ability to present data-driven insights to senior leadership under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sophisticated financial models, forecasts, and profitability analyses to support business strategy.

• Investigate and resolve pricing and costing anomalies to ensure data integrity and financial accuracy.

• Conduct deep-dive data analysis and communicate insights clearly to both technical teams and executive leaders.

• Build custom dashboards and analytic toolsprimarily in Excelto support real-time business needs.

• Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for business growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.

• Strong Excel skills; experience with other analytics or BI tools is a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver insights quickly.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders.

• Willing to work onsite in BGC and on a night shift schedule.
