Role Description
Due to our continued growth we are now seeking an experienced Principle FM Consultant to join our busy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced facilities management, estates, property or asset professional looking to grow their career in a consultancy environment.
You will work with public and private sector clients to align property portfolios with organisational objectives, improve asset performance, strengthen compliance and support better long-term investment decisions.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver consultancy services across a diverse public and private sector client base
- Support and lead assignments covering asset optimisation, FM strategy, lifecycle planning, whole-life costing, portfolio strategy, PFI advisory, benchmarking, compliance and governance
- Support strategic reviews, procurement activities, data analysis, cost planning and contract reviews
- Build strong client relationships, contribute to business development and support junior team members
- Uphold quality, governance and compliance standards across all assignments
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in property, FM, estates or asset consultancy, or a related role
- Strong track record working with public and/or private sector clients
- Knowledge of asset optimisation, FM strategy, lifecycle planning, whole-life costing, estate strategy, compliance, governance or PFI advisory
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and project delivery skills
- Experience contributing to or leading multi-disciplinary projects or programmes
- A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
- IWFM, RICS or similar professional membership, or working towards this
- Work on meaningful projects that improve asset performance and sustainability
