Principal Forward Deployed AI Engineer
Summary
Leads end-to-end AI delivery, designing and scaling production-grade agentic AI systems while optimizing SAP HANA Cloud data models and pipelines for business analytics.
We are seeking a Principal Forward Deployed AI Engineer to own end-to-end AI delivery across multiple streams, leading mini-teams and partnering closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, data engineers and analysts to design, build and scale production-grade agentic AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data models and pipelines in SAP HANA Cloud
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Optimize data processing and performance in HANA Cloud environments
- Collaborate with business analysts to support analytics and reporting needs
- Ensure system reliability and proactively resolve technical issues
- Apply best practices for data governance and security within solutions
Requirements
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP HANA Cloud
- Completion of HA300 training is a plus
- Good command of the English language
- Experience translating Data Bricks/Alteryx/Knime models into HANA Cloud
- Experience in HANA Cloud optimization
- Understanding of HADES list apps
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business analysts
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is a strong advantage

- Familiarity with advanced data engineering concepts and tools
- Background in analytics for manufacturing processes
