Responsibilities
- Define technical strategy and architecture for public-sector deployments

- Lead multi-year projects from prototyping through operations and maintenance
- Architect and build backend, web, and mobile systems
- Translate government requirements into standards-based solutions
- Mentor forward-deployed engineers and delivery teams
- Drive efficiencies and share knowledge across projects
- Contribute customer insights to product roadmaps and identity standards
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing, building, and delivering production-grade software
- Experience with statically typed languages such as Rust, Go, Java, or C#
- Experience leading large-scale engineering efforts across multiple teams and organizations
- Expertise in infrastructure, DevOps, architecture, frontend, and mobile development
- Experience in public-sector or highly regulated industries
- Executive-level and technical customer engagement experience
- U.S. residence
- Willingness to travel
