Responsibilities

  • Define technical strategy and architecture for public-sector deployments
  • Represent the technical function in executive customer meetings
  • Lead multi-year projects from prototyping through operations and maintenance
  • Architect and build backend, web, and mobile systems
  • Translate government requirements into standards-based solutions
  • Mentor forward-deployed engineers and delivery teams
  • Drive efficiencies and share knowledge across projects
  • Contribute customer insights to product roadmaps and identity standards

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience designing, building, and delivering production-grade software
  • Experience with statically typed languages such as Rust, Go, Java, or C#
  • Experience leading large-scale engineering efforts across multiple teams and organizations
  • Expertise in infrastructure, DevOps, architecture, frontend, and mobile development
  • Experience in public-sector or highly regulated industries
  • Executive-level and technical customer engagement experience
  • U.S. residence
  • Willingness to travel
