Procom is seeking a Principal Front-End Engineer for a permanent Telco client role. You will lead technical direction while rebuilding front-end foundations, patterns, and standards. The work spans state management, data fetching, CSS, cross-platform consistency, and production-grade user interfaces.

Six-plus years building production-grade front-end interfaces Demonstrated experience leading technical direction Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and CSS-in-JS Experience with state management and data-fetching libraries Strong accessibility, responsive design, and UX/UI detail Lead scalable React, TypeScript, and accessibility-focused engineering across complex telecom networks from Toronto.
