Responsibilities
- Design and deliver full-cycle features from backend to frontend
- Evolve architecture focusing on scale, reliability, performance, and maintainability
- Prioritize competing demands from multiple teams with autonomy and critical vision
- Solve complex problems using AI and cutting-edge engineering
Requirements
- High proficiency in Python for backend development
- Knowledge of React for full-cycle delivery
- Solid experience with AWS infrastructure, integration, and deployment
- Proven experience in technical leadership and software development in high-complexity environments
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems architecture
- Ability to influence and collaborate with different stakeholders
- Intensive use of AI to accelerate engineering, automated testing, and observability
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of other software development areas and emerging technologies
- Experience with agentic and AI-assisted engineering (Claude Code, Codex, or similar)
- Experience in startup contexts or high-scale products
