  • Ability to influence and collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Intensive use of AI to accelerate engineering, automated testing, and observability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of other software development areas and emerging technologies
  • Experience with agentic and AI-assisted engineering (Claude Code, Codex, or similar)
  • Experience in startup contexts or high-scale products
