About You
You are an innovative and experienced consultant who is passionate about applying industrial hygiene principles and methods to investigate human health risks posed by occupational exposures. You are curious, entrepreneurial, creative, and collaborative. You enjoy mentoring and collaborating with other industrial hygienists and health scientists on staff. You are confident in your ability to market and develop business, prepare winning proposals, and deliver technically sound work. You actively engage in thought leadership by presenting and publishing scientific findings. Quality and integrity are among your strongest personal principles. You welcome the opportunity to serve as a testifying expert or consulting expert in legal cases that hinge on industrial hygiene. While your primary practice is industrial hygiene, you have expertise in one or more of the following subjects:
- Applied occupational health and safety
- Exposure science, including modeling approaches
- Chemical safety regulatory science
- Human health risk assessment
- Emergency response
- Occupational toxicology
- Product safety and stewardship
- Epidemiology

About the Job
Integral’s principals are business leaders, client leaders, and staff leaders. Paramount to the position is successful client development—for both existing and new clients and in both existing and new services. Principals are recognized within and beyond the firm as technical and strategic subject matter experts. They consistently generate labor revenue of at least $1.25M per year through a combination of collaborative and independent efforts. Principals direct major technical efforts and project teams, ensuring technical excellence, alignment with contractual requirements, and compliance with the firm’s quality assurance and health and safety programs. They help develop the next generation of firm leaders, by recruiting new talent and coaching colleagues. Prior consulting experience is essential.
