Principal IT Data Systems Engineer

As Principal IT Data Systems Engineer, you provide technical leadership in Digital Engineering, focusing on IT data systems integration and AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with Project Management and act as a Product Owner to align technical delivery with business objectives. You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams across Waterfall and Agile projects, delivering high-quality IT, data management, and AI outputs. • Lead technical delivery across Waterfall and Agile projects, assigning work to engineers and supporting solution development
• Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant delivery of technical outputs
• Maintain consistent engineering processes, tools, and governance adherence
• Translate customer/system requirements into technical solutions, Agile features and user stories
• Identify and manage technical risks, provide leadership, and coordinate teams and contractor contributions
