Description
- Provide technical customer support both in person and remotely.
- Identify, organize, and facilitate the successful implementation of new casters, process improvements, equipment upgrades, caster maintenance and other field service activities.
- Aid customers with identifying opportunities for improvement and correcting equipment and process issues.
- Support internal development initiatives as required.
- Develop technical awareness throughout the Hazelett organization.
- Maintain Hazelett process know-how by generating manuals, technical papers, and training programs
- Support sales & marketing efforts for both new and existing customers
- Recruit, retain, develop, mentor, and motivate a team in support of customers and the ongoing development of new products.
- Aid the assembly department as required
- Provide internal guidance for handling non-conforming parts
- Maintain customer bill of material integrity
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
