Principal Product Designer at BairesDev

As a Principal Product Designer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end user experience, guiding products from initial discovery through to final delivery. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy and ensuring design excellence across all digital touchpoints.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the end-to-end design process, including discovery, ideation, and high-fidelity execution.
- Define and evolve comprehensive design systems to ensure visual and functional consistency.
- Conduct user research to gather actionable insights and inform strategic product decisions.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and stakeholders.
- Oversee design operations to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
- Champion a user-centric approach to deliver high-impact solutions that meet business goals.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, User Experience, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in owning the end-to-end product experience, from discovery to shipping.
- Proficiency in Figma and managing comprehensive design systems.
- Demonstrated experience in product strategy and conducting user research.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and design ops initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
