Principal Product Manager Affiliate and KOL
You will own and scale affiliate and KOL marketing channels across EEA and other regulated onshore markets. You will define affiliate product strategy, build systems to measure partner quality, retention, and ROI, and own product infrastructure such as dashboards, attribution, commissions, campaign management, and partner lifecycle tooling. You will manage affiliate program operations, including onboarding, campaign design, incentive experiments, and cross-market execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the affiliate product strategy for EEA and other regulated onshore markets.
- Build data-driven systems to measure and optimize affiliate quality, retention, and ROI.
- Own affiliate product infrastructure including dashboards, attribution, commission calculation, campaign management, and partner lifecycle tooling.
- Manage affiliate program operations including onboarding, campaign design, incentive experimentation, and cross-market execution.
- Design and run scalable affiliate programs, promotional campaigns, and cross-market performance benchmarking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth, affiliate, partnerships, or product-led growth roles, preferably at a crypto exchange or hyper-growth consumer platform.
- Strong product mindset focused on systems, funnels, and scalability.
- Strong analytical capability, including affiliate quality scoring, cohort retention analysis, and ROI models.
- Experience driving growth in regulated or compliance-heavy environments across European or multi-jurisdictional markets.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
